Returns
At Arctic Peak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase therefore we offer 14 days return policy.
Please note we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the original tags and in the garment bag.
Returns can only be made for items bought directly from the website. Any items bought via stockist should be returned via shop bought from. Any resale items are not eligible for return, any issues should be taken up with the seller.
Returns will be credited back to the original payment method.
Any purchases bought with an e-gift voucher will be credited back as an e-gift voucher.
Return shipping cost will have to paid by the customer. Please note original shipping cost is non-refundable.
We’re dedicated to being waste free, and that includes going paperless. To return your Arctic Peak product(s), email cus toner services@thearcticpeak.com to process a full refund or credit voucher.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of a purchase. Any price difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
